| A classic on creating uncontested market space - blue ocean strategies. | |
| A very useful guide to Venture Capital, if you are not using our services this is a good primer on raising VC funding. Even if you are intending to use our services this will still be a worthwhile read to understand the process and what VCs are looking for. | |
| A tale of woe, but a cautionary one showiing what to avoid and what to look out for if you intend to run a business. Also highlights the need to get systems right at the start (see Gerber above). On teh downside a little too much reference to Rachael's pregnancies. | |
| Mavericks and innovators businesses with unconventional ideas and groundbreaking strategies. | |
| Prince 2 is one of the more common and robust project management methodologies. If you are managing a project of any size a formal methodolgy is highly recommended to maintain control and acheive an outcome. Rather dry book though! |
